Meet: Vesela - die Yoga-Guru
Vesela Simader is a certified American Yoga Alliance yoga teacher, yoga personal trainer, NUAD practicing and owner of the yoga studio "Yoga Rendezvous" in Linz.
Yoga and Vesela, that was love at first sight! She found the missing pieces of her personal puzzle in yoga and was pleased to see a consistent picture. "Yoga will change your life," Vesela's first teacher said to her ... and it happened the same way!
Vesela is also one of the first Bowspring teachers in Austria. The first meeting with Desi Springer and John Friend fundamentally revolutionized their yoga style and opened up their undreamt-of opportunities for the integrity of dynamic power and ease in practice. Above all, it was the radiant heart and natural curvy posture of the body that made her 100 percent confident in Sridaiva - The Power of Bowspring. It is a matter of the heart of Vesela to pass on her enthusiasm for yoga and bowspring to her participants!
